This Privacy Policy describes how Cyfox Inc. ("Cyfox", "we", "us") handles information collected through https://cyfox.tech (the "Site").

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form we collect the details you enter: name, email address, company, and your message.

Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand Site usage (pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type). Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this purpose. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser; the Site works fully without them.

First-party attribution. We store a small record in your browser's local storage describing how you arrived at the Site (referrer source, landing page, timestamp) so we can understand which channels visitors come from. It stays in your browser, expires after 90 days, contains no personally identifying information, and is transmitted to us only if you submit the contact form.

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs requests (IP address, URL, user agent) for security and operations, retained for a limited period.

How we use information

We use contact-form information solely to respond to your inquiry and conduct normal business communication, and analytics data to improve the Site. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by Postmark (transactional email). Analytics are processed by Google. The Site is hosted on Vercel. Each provider processes data only as needed to provide its service to us, under its own security and privacy commitments. Data is processed on servers located in the United States; by using the Site or contacting us you understand your information will be processed in the US.

Data retention

Contact inquiries are retained as long as needed for business communication and legitimate record-keeping. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing sales@cyfox.tech.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction — including under Canadian PIPEDA and applicable US state privacy laws — you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to ask what we have collected. We honor such requests regardless of jurisdiction: contact sales@cyfox.tech and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information as defined by applicable US state privacy laws, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

Security

We limit access to personal information to those who need it, use encrypted connections (HTTPS) throughout the Site, and rely on reputable providers for processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
